Vertebral Subluxation

Your spine is made up of bones called "vertebrae." They're connected to each other by spinal discs and other soft tissues. This lets your spine bend and twist. But sometimes, a vertebra can shift out of its normal position. This is called a "subluxation." When this happens, the nerves that pass through your spine can be irritated or pinched.
